Kentucky Youth Soccer has developed an outstanding awards program to recognize all the various participants in youth soccer in our state. Working in cooperation with the United States Youth Soccer Association and with state sponsoring partners, many of the awards offer the opportunity for honorees to be recognized on the regional and national level. 

The 2013 Awards Online Nomination Form -  Nominations close on June 14, 2013.  In addition to this online application, you must include no more than Three (3) letters of recommendation, and other supporting documentation. Please email supporting letters of recommendation in a word file document separately to bryanbrooks@kysoccer.net.
