NEW in 2008, Kentucky Youth Soccer has made changes to the Recreational Tournament policies, each team will now be able to add three (3) Guest Players to replace rostered players who are unable to participate in the tournament.  To read the entire policy, please click here.   

Since many recreational are unaware on how to add guest players to their tournament roster, please follow the instructions below:

• Click here to open the Kentucky e-Travel System

• From the Pull down Menu, select the “Guest Player Form” and hit the go button

• Once the page comes up, please fill out the form completely and hit the submit button

• A form should come up.  You need to print a copy of that form and bring to Check-in.

You can apply for the tournament without having recruited any guest players, only do the paperwork when you know a player from your team can not attend and you have found a player who's team is not participating and who wants to guest play with your team.
