Demosphere Resources

1. Check out the Timeline and any details that have been sent out regarding the transition.
2. Identify how you will using the Demosphere system. (Note that ALL clubs will use the system for risk management, player card and roster printing).
   • *Online registration & payment processing.
   • Importing player data and just using the system for player cards, rosters, & risk management.
3. Find your Demosphere Account Executive under the Support and Contacts tab below.
4. Contact Your Account Executive. 
5. Sign the User Agreement - Use the criteria below to determine if you will need to sign an agreement?
   • Are you using the system for *online registration and payment processing?  YES.
   • Are you importing player data into the system? NO.

*In order to use online registration clubs must use payment processing in the system.  Otherwise, clubs will utilize the import feature.

July

• If online registration is complete in club system, sync teams to the state system. 

August

• Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Managers Complete RM process (emails will be sent directly to team staff via email on how to complete the process). 
• Player Passes, Coach Passes and Rosters (Passes and Rosters will be printed via the state system. Do Not print these items until given the go ahead by KY Youth Soccer.) 
  • Please note that you will use the same login information that you use for the club system. If you are not using the club system, you should be able to use 'forgot my password' with the email address that the state utilizes in order to reset your password and login to the system.
