The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Player Development Initiatives

At the USSF Board Meeting held July 5, 2015, the USSF Board of Directors approved two Player Development Initiatives developed and proposed by the National Coaching Staff.  These two initiatives mandate small-sided games at Under-12 and a move from school year (August 1st - July 31st) to calendar-year (January 1st - December 31st) age groups.  USSF will implement these rule changes as best practices beginning August 2016 for the 2016-2017 seasonal year, and mandate the changes as of August 2017 for the 2017-2018 seasonal year.

Kentucky Youth Soccer is in discussions regarding the best way to implement the rule changes within the state. Please note that NO CHANGES will occur in the 2015-2016 seasonal year.  More information will be released regarding the Kentucky Youth Soccer implementation of the rule changes over the new few months.
