Of the Year Awards.
The ‘Of the Year’ Awards presented by the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association stand as a prestigious annual cerebration that honors individuals, clubs, and organizations whose exceptional dedication, passion, and contributions have made an indelible mark on the soccer landscape of the Commonwealth. The distinguished Awards Luncheon in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting, is a testament to celebrating the tireless efforts and remarkable achievements that shape the growth and vitality of soccer in Kentucky. Through the ‘Of the Year’ Awards, Kentucky Youth Soccer pays tribute to those who embody the spirit of excellence, sportsmanship, and community engagement, serving as role models and inspirations for all those who cherish the game.
Kentucky Youth Soccer is honored to present the following ‘Of the Year’ Awards:
- Girls Competitive Coach of the Year*
- Boys Competitive Coach of the Year*
- Girls Recreation Coach of the Year*
- Boys Recreation Coach of the Year*
- Female Athlete of the Year*
- Male Athlete of the Year*
- Goal of the Year
- Save of the Year
- Young Female Referee of the Year*
- Young Male Referee of the Year*
- TOPSoccer Coach of the Year*
- TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year*
- Volunteer of the Year*
- Administrator of the Year*
*These state award winners are nominated for the USYS National ‘Of the Year’ Awards.

Nomination Form
Please fill out the online nomination form for Goal of the Year in its entirety to ensure your nomination is considered.
The requirements for consideration are as follows:
(1) Player eligibility: The nominated player scoring the goal must be registered with the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association
(2) Timing: The goal must have been scored during the 2023-2024 seasonal year. This includes both the Fall 2023 season and the Spring 2024 season.
(3) Event Eligibility: The goal must have been scored at a KYSA sanctioned event. Eligible events include: State Tournaments, League or KPL games, sanctioned tournaments, and ODP events.
The deadline to submit your nomination is July 19th @ 11:59pm ET.
