
Kentucky American Cup.
The Kentucky American Cup provides recreational youth soccer players an opportunity to experience a high quality statewide tournament in a fun, family-like atmosphere. It fosters stimulation and excitement about soccer in an effort to increase the recreational player’s interest in and love for the game.
Who Can Participate?
Only recreational players registered with the Kentucky Youth Soccer, through an affiliate member recreational league are eligible to participate in the Kentucky American Cup. No select players or all-star teams are allowed. Additionally, any team or player entered in or rostered for State Open, Presidents Cup, or Soccer Village Cup are not eligible. When we incorporate programs that create a fun and healthy developmental environment for players while recognizing their participation and excellence, we are investing in a quality future.

Registration Fee: $320/team (taxes & fees included)

Please note that the following individuals MUST complete concussion training from either the NFHS or CDC: all coaches, team managers, bench personnel, and/or any individuals listed on the team’s roster. Completion certificates will be required to sit on the bench and must be submitted before the tournament begins.
In the case of inclement weather, Kentucky Youth Soccer reserves the right to reduce the number of scheduled games and/or cancel the event. Every effort will be made to complete the games and the tournament. If the tournament is canceled prior to the start of the tournament, each team will receive a full refund, less $75 to cover administrative costs relating to field rental & facilities, set-up costs, and personnel. No refunds will be given if any games are played on the tournament weekend.
If the event is completely canceled in advance, teams will be given the option of a refund or to move their registration fees to another recreational tournament.
