FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Lexington, KY – The Kentucky Youth Soccer Association (KYSA) is proud to announce the successful completion of the 2025 U.S. Soccer B and C License Coaching Courses, which concluded earlier this month. These nationally recognized coaching education programs were hosted and administered by Kentucky Youth Soccer as part of our ongoing commitment to raising the standard of coaching across the state.
Over the course of several months, participating coaches engaged in rigorous curriculum blending in-person instruction, virtual learning, practical assessments, and on-field application. Upon conclusion of the courses, a total of 15 coaches earned the B License and 31 coaches earned their C License – a significant step forward in their coaching development and impact on the game.
“We’re incredibly proud of the dedication and professionalism these coaches demonstrated throughout the course,” said Derek Willis, KYSA Technical Director and lead instructor for both courses. “Their commitment to learning, growing, and investing in the development of youth players is exactly what makes our coaching community so strong. These coaches are not only licensed – they’re leaders on and off the field.”
Kentucky Youth Soccer congratulates each of the following individuals for their achievement and looks forward to seeing the positive influence they will continue to have on players, clubs, and communities throughout the Commonwealth.
